Mr. Xiong graduated from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics with a bachelor degree. Mr. Xiong has been involved in the technological support and outsourcing services for a large number of telecommunication companies since 2005. He is responsible for the formulation of TTG’s strategic direction and expansion plans, and the management of TTG’s overall business development.
Mr. Ryan is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, an Australian Financial Services Licensee and a Member of the Financial Ombudsman Service. Mr. Ryan is an Executive Director of the Investorlink Group and has 25 years’ experience both internationally and domestically, in capital raisings, corporate restructuring, corporate taxation and business planning. Mr. Ryan has been lead adviser in corporate acquisitions and divestments of large national and overseas companies. Chris has advised on ASX listings, including investment products through Capital Guaranteed Investments Limited and has also led capital raisings in the unlisted property market. Mr. Ryan was previously Chairman of ASX listed company Bravura Solutions Limited, is currently Chairman of Central West Gold NL and holds directorships in unlisted public companies Investorlink China Limited and Propertylink (Holdings) Limited.
Mr. Chow graduated from Xiamen University with a bachelor degree in Science. Mr. Chow has many years of experience in both domestic and international direct investments. Mr. Chow is responsible for company’s development of strategic partners, added values and corporate finance.
Mr. Kwok has a Bachelor of Business Administration (Professional Accountancy) from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Mr. Kwok has over 13 years of experience in the Hong Kong and PRC financial services industry, with extensive knowledge and experience in asset management, corporate finance and accounting. Prior to joining TTG, Mr. Kwok was the Deputy General Manager, Investment Division, of CITIC International Assets Management Limited, an investment arm of CITIC Group in Hong Kong. He had also been engaged in handling securities and corporate finance transactions in a few regional investment banks including BOCI (Asia) Limited, and served as an accountant in Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. Mr. Kwok is now a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA).
Mr. Cai is a well-known figure in the Internet industry in China. Mr. Cai founded 265.com in May 2003, which was subsequently acquired by Google in 2007. He is currently a director of cnzz.com, 4399.com, meitu.com, flashget, youhua.com, baofeng.com, Zcom magazine and other well-known websites. Mr. Cai has on 3 occasions organized the China Internet Webmaster General Assembly.
Ms. Ling graduated from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics. With years of experience in business management and financial management, Linda is good at risk control and balanced management of enterprise. Ms. Ling has successfully helped set up Internet applications enterprises which were afterwards sold to listed companies on two occasions.
Mr. Wu graduated from Yongzhou Vocational Technical College. Mr. Wu has been engaged in the development of the systems for the business operation of TTG. Prior to working at TTG, Mr. Wu served in the government and various industries such as jewellery and e-commerce as a person in charge of information technology. Mr. Wu has significant experience in wireless Internet product planning, development, upgrading and maintenance.
Ms. Gao graduated from Hubei University. With seven years of experience in Internet product development, planning, operation and marketing, Ms. Gao has strong research capacity of media data analysis, data mining and data forecasts.
Mr. Wang graduated from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics and obtained the occupational qualification of Medium Level Accountant. With 12 years of work experience in finance and management in the industrial and commercial sectors, Mr. Wang is skilled in financial and tax planning. Mr. Wang is now responsible for execution of TTG’s investment management.
Ms. Xia was graduated from Jiamusi University. With years of experience in sales management, Ms. Xia is skilled in regional sales planning and execution, sales expense control and CRM; familiar with analysis of sales data, identification of sales potential and monitoring of customer preference.
Mr. Zhu graduated from Changjiang University. With years of work experience in the Internet industry, Mr. Zhu is familiar with IT architecture and construction of enterprise; skilled in configuring and building large websites. Keen to study new technologies, Alex has a strong capacity of market research, technology study, competition analysis, risk forecast and resolution.
Mr. Chen graduated from Zhaoqing University. With many years of work experience in the Internet industry, Jesse is familiar with operation, planning and optimization of mobile Internet product, as well as demand data analysis. Taking advantage of rich project experience, Mr. Chen is dedicated to improving the user experience of products.
Mr. Cai graduated from Wuxi University of Light University and obtained a college degree in design. As a member of Shenzhen Association of Designers, Mr. Cai is skilled in accurate creation of graphics. Formerly working in such enterprises as BBK, OPPO, Konka, GOCAN, and Panda Group, David has rich experience in high-quality control & identification application. Mr. Cai is now in charge of TTG’s product design and specifications as well as creation of various recognition elements, including the creation and design of company packaging, brochures and posters.
Mr. Ling graduated from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics. With years of experience in electronic device procurement and management, he is now in charge of TTG’s terminal device procurement and sales. Mr. Ling is familiar with the supply channels and market conditions of various electronic devices in the industry; skilled in formulating procurement strategies and plans.
Mr. Xu graduated from Hunan University of Commerce. With 8 years of work experience in human resource management, Mr. Wang is familiar with national and local policies and regulations on labor and personnel; skilled in H&R strategic planning, talent introduction, salary and welfare design, performance incentive assessment, employee training and staffs professional career design.
Mr. Xu, professor and doctoral supervisor at the Chinese Academy of Governance, enjoys special government allowances of the State Council and has been selected into the New Century Hundred Thousand Ten Thousand Talents Project. Prof. Xu is also the doctoral supervisor at the Graduate University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Nankai University and Tianjin University, and as post-doctoral supervisor at Tsinghua University. Obtaining a PhD degree in Economics at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and a post-doctoral degree in Management at Lancaster University in England, Prof. Xu has participated in drafting and amending many laws of the People’s Republic of China including Budget Law and Compulsory Education Law successively. He has put forward many times policy suggestions to the CPC Central Committee, State Council, relevant ministries and commissions, of which many have been accepted.
Mr. Xiong, one of TTG’s shareholders, at present holds many positions including president of Jiangxi Private Entrepreneurs Association, president of Jiangxi Electronic Chamber of Commerce, chairman of Jiangxi Putiantong Holdings Group, executive director of China Electronic Chamber of Commerce, vice-chairman of Hong Kong Jinfu Fund, and chairman of Yinhe Investment (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. With unique perspectives on enterprise operation, Mr. Xiong is good at long-term strategy and risk control. He enjoys high prestige among these associations and chambers of commerce and unites member units, establishing strategic partnership with China Mobile, China Telecom, China Unicom, Wanda Group, Pepsi-Cola, Lenovo, HP, ACER, etc.
Mr. Ye, with a master’s degree in marketing, is an expert in crisis management and founder of the Segregation Theory in Chinese Crisis Management. He is chairman and CEO of Tsing Venture Capital Management Co. Ltd (referred to as Tsing Capital), and well-known Internet commentator.
Mr. Tang has a wealth of experience with investment and management in the Internet industry. He has long been dedicated to observation and research on Internet users, single-handedly set up Tencent’s mobile value-added business team and successfully led it to become the key to Tencent’s transformation and profits. Mr. Ye has unique insights into the mobile Internet development and profit model.
Mr. Chan is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Full Seas Technology Group, which is a technology provider in Smart Grid Management Systems in China. He has over 20 years of experience in banking, asset management and investment advisory business in Hong Kong and Asia Pacific region. He started his career with the HSBC group after graduation in 1984 and one of his first major tasks was to implement the Easy Pay System (EPS) in Hong Kong. The EPS is a joint effort launched by all the major banks in Hong Kong which allows debit cardholders to make purchases and settle directly from their accounts with any bank in the system. He then worked in Jardine Fleming Asset Management from 1987 to 1997 and was responsible for business development in Hong Kong and Asia Pacific region. He was instrumental in the development of Jardine Fleming’s investment trust business in Japan, Korea and Indonesia. He co-founded KGI Securities group in 1997 and was head of the Asset Management Division of the company. Before joining Full Seas Technology in 2009, he was the President of Dandelion Capital Limited which is an investment advisory company focusing on distressed assets re-structuring as well as mergers and acquisitions in China. He currently is an Independent Non-executive Director of China Lotsynergy Holdings Limited and Burwill Holdings Limited, both of which are companies listed in Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Mr. Chan graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a degree of Bachelor of Social Sciences majoring in Economics.
