On December 20, 2014, TTG-sponsored opening ceremony & annual conference of Luohu E-Commerce Industry Alliance (abbreviated as LHECIA) was successfully held in Luohu District, Shenzhen, under the strong support of Luohu District Committee and Luohu Science & Technology Innovation Bureau. The event is divided into two parts with two themes, the expert seminar held in the conference room of District Government in the morning and the opening ceremony & annual conference in Luohu Sports Center in the afternoon.

Present at the "Expert Seminar" in the morning are Mr. Ni Zewang, secretary of the CPC Luohu District Committee, Ms. Wang Ping, deputy head of Luohu District, Mr. Shi Xingzhong, director of Luohu District Science & Technology Innovation Bureau, Mr. Wang Dong, deputy director of Science & Technology Innovation Bureau, Mr. Xiong Kemiao, chairman of TTG, as well as senior representatives of AliBaba, Jingdong, Dangdang, yhd.com, Mogujie and other well-known E-commerce enterprises. During the closed-door conference, the guests shared the experience in 2014 and development planning in 2015.

After that, the opening ceremony & annual conference was held in Luohu Sports Center in the afternoon. The event has attracted more than 400 E-commerce enterprises’ concerns and participation. Nearly 1500 people were admitted to the active and enthusiastic ceremony by scanning QR code. Mr. Xiong Kemiao, chairman of TTG, was awarded president of the first term with 96.8% of votes of support. Also, TTG was awarded President Unit of Luohu E-Commerce Industry Alliance.

During the conference, Mr. Xiong, on behalf of the Alliance founding team, made a speech on its core orientations. First, unite the e-commerce enterprises in the District to help each other for joint development; second, integrate resources to serve the e-commerce enterprises across China; third, build a platform for exchange & cooperation between government and enterprises, and for improvement & innovation of e-commerce practitioners. It is to become a regional and professional alliance organization in Luohu District.
