ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

TTG Fintech Limited (“TTG”) today announced that it has signed a 5-year agreement with AVIC (Shenzhen) Financial Network Company Limited, a group company of Aviation Industry Corporation of China (“AVIC”). AVIC Shenzhen was formed to provide financing activities using newly developed technologies. In this agreement, TTG agrees to supply its Financial Electronic Authentication (“FEA”) technology to AVIC Shenzhen. 

TTG’s FEA technology will support AVIC Shenzhen’s financing activities to small-to-medium enterprises with the production and transmission of reliable POS data, thus assisting AVIC Shenzhen in managing risk. The use of TTG’s FEA technology will also assist AVIC Shenzhen to magnify their business scale by the use of an automated and reliable system. TTG will charge AVIC Shenzhen fees based on transactions where TTG’s FEA technology is employed in the process. TTG expects that this contract will grow into a significant source of revenue over time, and expect it to commence generating revenue late in the third quarter of 2014.
