TTG Hires Dr. Zeng Xianzhang as Chief Scientist

On June 27, TTG held an appointment ceremony in Shenzhen, appointing Dr. Zeng Xianzhang as TTG’s Chief Scientist. The move is TTG’s forward-looking strategic measure, providing talent pool and intellectual support for TTG’s competition and development in the mobile Internet field in the future.

Zeng Xianzhang is a Chinese-American scientist, entrepreneur and professor. In 1980, Dr. Zeng established MICROTEC in Taiwan Hsinchu Science Park, whose scanner has the largest market share in the world. Previously, Dr. Zeng was economic adviser to the Sichuan provincial government, science and technology adviser to Chengdu city, and economic adviser to Tianjin municipal government. At present, he is one of top ten science and technology advisers to Shenzhen city, as well as a senior member of the Committee of 100 in America. Dr. Zeng has won many honors and awards such as an Outstanding Achievement Award from Chinese Institute of Engineers - USA (CIE-USA) in 2004, the Friendship Award of China in 2008, enjoying a high reputation in the IT field at home and abroad.
